Healthy Eating

Salads, nuts, berries, soups, fruit are some of the foods that contribute to healthy eating.  These foods are rich in vitamins and minerals.  They have bold and vibrant flavors that can be enhanced with spices and other foods to make them taste even better.  Many people seem to think that healthy eating means dieting but it’s not.  Healthy eating just means eating the foods that are rich in nutrient essentials you need every day.  Health eating is not a stack of pancakes, fried bacon or french toast every day.  That is not healthy eating that is indulgent eating and there is nothing wrong with that some of the time for a treat.  But it’s good for you to eat healthy most of time so you can treat yourself to something naughty some of the time.

Pimped Out Rides

Whenever you see a pimped out car with hot rims and shiny tires, you think that must be a celebrity driving that car.  Celebs love to have their cars taken to the next level.  They do not mind spending thousands of dollars on accessorizing their cars to make them look unique and one-of-a-kind.  Many celebrities have homes and garages just filled with their pimped out rides, they don’t even live in the homes, it’s just for their cars.  Must be nice.

Mannequins

Mannequins

Mannequins are our fashion friends.  They stand around endlessly wearing the designs that we love to wear.  They don’t even get paid a salary for doing it.  All they do is stand their, smiling and looking pretty wearing dress after dress for days and weeks on end.  Mannequins are a fashion designers best friend.  They don’t even have to be an entire body.  Sometimes just the head or upper body will do when making the perfect outfit.  So the next time you see a mannequin, be appreciative of all the hard work she or he puts in.

Hair Care Products

Hair care products are the base our very existence.  You can’t go into a store without seeing rows and rows of hair spray, gel, conditioner or shampoo.  The selections are endless and you usually spend about 15-20 minutes just standing there trying to figure out which is the best product for you.  One thing about hair care products is that they have very loyal followers.  Once you find a hair care product that you like, you usually stick with it and continue to buy it exclusively.  Changing your hair care product takes practically a miracle.  They’re a part of us.

Water

Water

Our bodies are 70% water but you wouldn’t know it by looking at us.  It looks like we’re mostly made of flesh and skin but that’s not the case.  Drinking water is the best thing you could do to your body.  Replenishing water is essential to life.  Even if you don’t exercise or sweat, you must replenish your water content every day.  It’s best to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day but many of us don’t do that which is why we get dehydrated or have other health problems.  Get your water.

Lavish Dining

Celebrities love to eat good food.  They really don’t mind dishing out a few thousands of dollars for a great meal unless some of us who bark about giving a $5 tip.  That’s one of the perks that goes along with being a celebrity.  You travel so many places that you get used to eating and dining in style.  Although don’t be fooled, many celebs don’t mind hanging out at the local McDonald’s for a burger every now and then.

Panties

Panties are a special part of a woman’s every day routine.  It’s the second thing that they put on after the bra and before the stockings or socks.  Or maybe it’s the first thing that they put on.  No matter what, for years, it’s been a part of a regimen that you could count on with your eyes closed.  Panties sometimes come with the days printed on them so you remember what day it is.  Fashion designers can’t crank them out fast enough.  They’re dependable as the sun shining in the sky.

Wrinkles

The older we get, the more wrinkles we will get.  Although these days plastic surgery and botox can do wonders with slowing the process down, although nothing can get rid of it.  The skin’s elasticity will have to change.  It’s gravity and there’s nothing that science can really do to stop it.  It can always be slowed down.  But what’s really wrong with having wrinkles.  Is it just a reminder that we are closer to dying?  Well, only you know what your reason is for trying to hide your wrinkles or even showing them.  But no matter how you call it, they are a part of beauty, it just takes an open mind to see it.  Do you see it?

Blisters

Blisters

Blisters are those pesty things that bother us whenever we buy a new pair of shoes and we try to break them in.  The shoes rub up against our heels causing pain and discomfort that turns into a blister that’s filled with puss and infection if you don’t take care of it.  Blisters hurt for a little while but the best way to avoid blisters is to wear comfortable shoes or socks with extra padding to avoid the rubbing of shoe against your heel.

Cocktails

One of the things that celebs really love doing is enjoying a nice cocktail here or there.  It’s a must have when you are meeting up with a director or producer. Having a cocktail is like hanging out with your buddies and letting them know you are one of the gang.  Not saying that celebs are alcoholics or anything, but you know they do love to drink.  Not all of them but more than not.  Let’s hear it for the cocktail.  It’s brought together so many and torn so many apart.  Yummy.
